In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Unless the context expressly requires otherwise, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the ji999 platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager or transaction through ji999, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ji999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must immediately cease accessing or using the ji999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ji999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature. No oral or written statement made by any ji999 representative shall modify these Terms unless incorporated into a formal written amendment published on the platform.

Access to and use of the ji999 platform is conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being satisfied in full at all times during which you hold a ji999 account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. ji999 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to have been registered by a player under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment method.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, are acting under guardianship, or are otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered ji999 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or identity credentials used to create them. ji999 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to confiscate funds held in secondary accounts.
• Accurate Registration Information: All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ji999 may require documentary verification of any registration information at any time.
• Not Self-Excluded: Players who have activated self-exclusion on any ji999 account, or who have been excluded from ji999 by the platform, are not eligible to register a new account. Circumventing a self-exclusion order is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not a Prohibited Jurisdiction Resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by law and where ji999 has specifically restricted access.

ji999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage — at registration, on first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time — and to suspend account access pending the outcome of such checks. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by ji999 may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ji999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ji999 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including customer support communications.

You must notify ji999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your account, disclosure of your credentials, or any other security compromise. ji999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to accounts where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

ji999 maintains records of all account activity, including login history, wager history, and financial transaction history, in accordance with regulatory record-keeping requirements. You may request a copy of your account activity statement by contacting ji999 customer support.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ji999 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of dormancy status before any administrative fee is applied. All financial transactions on the ji999 platform are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ji999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment methods:

Deposits are credited to the player's ji999 account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions are typically credited within minutes; bank transfers may require up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used to make the player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. ji999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the platform's financial FAQ section.

ji999 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of withdrawal request. Third-party payment processor fees are outside ji999's control and may be applied by the processor independently.

ji999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. The following general bonus terms apply to all ji999 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Multiple account holders claiming the same promotion constitute bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses expire at the earlier of the date specified in the promotion terms or 30 days after the bonus is credited to the player's account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without notice.
• ji999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendment will not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and actively in progress.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, manipulation of payment methods, or any other abuse of the promotion system will be forfeited and the player's account may be permanently closed.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, ji999 may deduct the remaining unwagered bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

Welcome bonuses are available to new ji999 players on their first qualifying deposit only. The ji999 welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit of Rs 500 and a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount, to be completed within 21 days of the bonus being credited. All wagers placed on the ji999 platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of conflict between general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the relevant game or market.

• Bet Acceptance: ji999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its discretion, including wagers placed on markets that have been suspended or closed due to the occurrence of a result or event relevant to the market outcome.
• Obvious Errors: ji999 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or on terms that were published due to a manifest error, system fault, or data feed failure. Winnings paid on such wagers may be recovered from the player's account balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games on ji999. These limits are published within each game or market and may be adjusted by ji999 for individual player accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.
• Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). ji999's settlement decision on any disputed result is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14.
• Voids and Refunds: Where a betting market is voided in whole or in part — for example, due to a match abandonment or player withdrawal before commencement — the stake for the voided selection will be returned to the player's account balance.

Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on the ji999 platform are certified by independent testing laboratories and operate in accordance with their published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures are accessible within each game's information panel. ji999 does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve results consistent with the published RTP over any finite play session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place wagers, interact with games, or manipulate platform outcomes

• Exploiting software errors, system faults, or loopholes in game logic to obtain unfair advantage or financial gain
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a ji999 account

• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's account without their authorisation
• Circumventing a self-exclusion order by registering or using a new or secondary account

ji999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the platform will automatically log out the player and require a deliberate re-login before gaming can resume.

Personal data collected by ji999 includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, telephone number, payment method details, identity documentation, and account activity records. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji999's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji999 shall not be liable for any loss of the following types, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside ji999's reasonable control
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions where ji999 has exercised reasonable care in selecting and monitoring service providers
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials
• Indirect or consequential losses of any description

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ji999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ji999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or source-of-funds verification documentation within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Account dormancy as described in Section 4
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Players may close their own ji999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending AML checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ji999 will communicate the suspension reason and expected timeline to the player via the registered email address, subject to any restriction on disclosure imposed by law enforcement or regulatory obligations.

ji999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial obligations, or responsible gaming provisions — ji999 will provide advance notice of not less than fourteen (14) days via the email address registered to the player's account and through a prominent notice on the platform.

For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — ji999 may update the Terms without advance notice. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this document and will be updated to reflect each revision.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your ji999 account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under the international gaming compliance frameworks under which ji999 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Submit your complaint to ji999 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute and the outcome sought. ji999 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ji999's response, you may escalate the complaint to ji999's compliance team by requesting escalation in writing to the same support address. The compliance team will review the dispute independently and respond within a further 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Dispute Resolution: Where internal resolution procedures are exhausted without satisfactory resolution, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated under the applicable international gaming compliance framework governing ji999's operations.

Nothing in this dispute resolution procedure limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, nor does it prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
